By purchasing any Monthly Retainer Package, you agree to a minimum 3-month commitment. This ensures enough time to build consistency, see results and make meaningful progress toward your goals. 

All monthly retainer payments are billed upfront for the 3-month period. Packages are non-refundable once the program has started but may be paused or adjusted in special circumstances at ASCEND’S discretion. 

The 8 Week Transformation Package is a once-off payment and does not require a 3-month commitment.
